Shipping and Delivery Policy
1. Shipping & delivery overview
Epic Threadz ships t‑shirts and apparel orders across India (and other regions if you choose) using trusted courier partners. Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) and dispatched after successful payment confirmation.
Order processing time

Standard processing time: 1–2 business days from the date of order confirmation.

During sale periods or new drops, processing may take an extra 1–2 business days due to high order volume.

Orders placed after 3:00 pm IST are treated as next business day orders.
2. Shipping methods & delivery timelines

Standard shipping : Estimated delivery within 5–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your pin code.

Express shipping : Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days after dispatch for eligible pin codes.

Remote / out-of-service locations: Delivery may take additional time or may not be available; customers will be notified if delivery is not possible and refunded in such cases.
3. Shipping charges

Standard shipping : Flat ₹50 per order, or free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹1500.

Cash on delivery (COD) : Additional COD fee of ₹20 per order; COD availability depends on pin code.
All applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you complete payment.
4. Order tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with the courier name, tracking number, and tracking link.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch as systems sync with the courier.

If your tracking status does not update for more than 72 hours, customers can contact Epic Threadz support with their order ID for assistance.
5. Delivery attempts & undeliverable orders

Couriers usually attempt delivery 2–3 times; it is the customer’s responsibility to be available or coordinate redelivery with the courier using the tracking details.

If an order is returned to Epic Threadz due to incorrect address, non-availability, or non-acceptance of delivery, Epic Threadz may:

Reship the order after confirming the correct address and collecting any additional shipping fees, or
-
Cancel the order and process a refund for the product value only (shipping and COD fees are typically non-refundable).

6. Address accuracy

Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including house/flat number, street, locality, city, state, pin code, and active contact number.

Epic Threadz is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
7. Delays & force majeure

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond Epic Threadz’s control, including courier delays, weather, strikes, lockdowns, or government restrictions.

In such cases, Epic Threadz will support customers with updated information where possible but cannot guarantee delivery dates.
8. Damaged, missing, or wrong items

Customers should inspect packages at the time of delivery and report any visible damage to the courier and to Epic Threadz within 48 hours, with photos of the package and product.

In case of damaged, missing, or incorrect items, Epic Threadz may:

9. Policy changes

Epic Threadz may update this Shipping & Delivery Policy from time to time to reflect changes in operations, logistics partners, or legal requirements.

The version displayed on the Epic Threadz website at the time of your order will apply to that purchase.
